By registering and using the ATWOPAT portal, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who meet the organization's criteria. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. No email provider restrictions apply; any valid email address may be used for account creation.

2. Financial Obligations

• Registration Fee: A one-time fee is required upon signup to activate your account.
• Monthly Dues: Members are expected to pay a monthly due of ₦2,000 (or as set by the Admin) to remain in good standing.
• Non-Refundable: All payments made through the portal via Paystack are non-refundable.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Members shall not use the portal for any unlawful activities, upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other member accounts or administrative sections.

4. Account Termination

ATWOPAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that remain inactive, fail to meet financial obligations for extended periods, or violate the code of conduct.

5. Limitation of Liability

The portal is provided "as is." ATWOPAT is not liable for any technical interruptions, data loss, or issues arising from third-party services like Paystack or hosting providers.
